On behalf of the City of White Plains Youth Bureau, I would like to welcome you to the official Youth Bureau Teen Resource Guide website. The guide was created by teenagers for teens to inform them about activities, events and discounts generously provided by some of our local stores. This guide also includes a section that provides resource information for those who may be experiencing problems, issues or may have questions.
I hope you find this guide useful. Please take advantage of the information provided. This is the first website created to provide teenagers with options on what White Plains has to offer.

The White Plains Teen Guide was created to inform teenagers about activities, events, local stores, and discounts available in White Plains. It also provides resource information for teenagers who may be experiencing problems, issues, or have questions. This guide will be helpful to all White Plains teens.Watch out for the 'WP's throughout the guide which indicate the discounts that the businesses generously provided for teens. Remember! You MUST show your WP school ID to get the discounts.
